why polo estates?
When we decided our business name we considered many options. Inspired by Marco Polo - a great Italian explorer who travelled through Asia along the Silk Road, we chose POLO as the start of our business name. It means we want to become a great explorer as well, especially in property development and solar systems. We are always brave to face challenges and overcome them. By the journey, we experience, we grow.

Founded in 2016, initially we were doing boutique property developments such as small complex of units and duplex of quality houses. In the process of building new projects we realized that solar system is such a good feature and investment for our clients’ perfect homes. Owning a new build with solar system on the roof, our customers are getting a decent return of their investment and making a great contribution to our environment by using renewable energy.
